We are currently hiring for a full-time Insurance Producer to market and sell commercial and/or transportation insurance policies while providing professional customer service. This rare and exciting position allows for the opportunity to build a clientele of business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate determination, drive and a competitive nature in order to be a top producer. Individuals will directly support and contribute to sales goals for the agency or department assigned via the agent. You will meet long-term and short-term goals for agency growth, including cross-sell opportunities and recent business.
Requirements: • Develop leads and schedule appointments while providing excellent customer service to your clients
Provide underwriting and rating for current accounts




Prospect and network in order to build a book of commercial businesses
Actively solicit expiration dates from current clients and prospects
Develop agency relationships with existing clients
Maintain knowledge of new products and initiatives
Meets the production requirements and goals assigned by the agent or agency manager
Maintain monthly sales records and provide copies for review to the agent and/or agency manager
Performs other duties as assigned
