POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our building Place Riviera located in Pierrefonds is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. They say you are a versatile person, agile with your hands and a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be available to respond to emergencies
Carry out repairs in apartments and common areas
Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas




Distribution of communications to tenants
Ensure the cleanliness of the building's entrances and common areas
Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
Maintain a clean working setting
Maintain property spaces and systems
Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
Other Related Tasks
Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
