As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Veterinary Technician Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.

Position Overview
This hybrid role supports both the front desk and the veterinary team. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, excellent with communication, and comfortable working in a quick-paced clinical workplace. You will play an essential part in ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
Reception (CSR) Duties:
Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
Process payments and maintain accurate medical records
Support client education and follow-up communications

Technician Assistant Duties:
Assist veterinarians and RVTs with animal handling, restraint, and basic procedures
Prepare exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment
Perform clinic cleaning, laundry, and restocking tasks
Support safe,



low-stress animal handling
Assist with patient monitoring and other tasks as directed

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Canmore, AB T1W 1N9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
