Our dental practice in Richmond, BC is looking for a Part time Dental Receptionist to join our team.

We are seeking availability on Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Fridays, with possibility of adding Saturday when it becomes available in the future.

Requirements:
Fluency in Cantonese to support local clientele
Outgoing, friendly, and patient-focused
Proactive, organized, and dependable
Solid communication and multitasking skills
Previous dental experience and familiarity with Cleardent

Responsibilities May Include:
Greeting and assisting patients
Scheduling appointments and managing front desk duties
Proficiency in processing dental insurance claims and managing insurance-related inquiries
Experience with dental insurance verification, claims processing,



and follow-up
