Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging entertainment programs tailored to diverse guest preferences and event themes
Coordinate & schedule weekly employee time sheets
Supervise staff involved in entertainment operations, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality guest service
Manage guest interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
Oversee cash handling procedures related to ticket sales or activity fees, maintaining accuracy and security
Monitor the setup and breakdown of entertainment spaces, ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times
Maintain detailed records of events,



guest feedback, and operational reports to inform continuous improvement efforts

Skills
Minimum 4 years & robust background in hospitality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences
Excellent communication skills to engage with guests, vendors, and team members confidently
Proven ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in cash handling with accuracy and integrity in financial transactions
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate entertainment offerings that appeal to a broad audience
Leadership skills to motivate and oversee staff in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of guest services best practices and safety protocols to ensure a secure and enjoyable workplace
