Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to serve as a consulting contractor, offering expert guidance and support on an as-needed basis. This role involves providing specialized insights into patient care, case management, and research related to pediatric and hospital settings. The position is versatile, with a maximum of 10 hours per month at an hourly rate.

Responsibilities
Assist residents and families with applications for government financial assistance
Assist residents and families in accessing community resources, advocacy services and financial supports




Assist in case management processes to ensure comprehensive support for residents and their families.

Qualifications
Ability to work independently with knowledge of community resources.
Ability to establish priorities and organize workload accordingly.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
Ability to commit up to 10 hours per month on a versatile schedule during work hours

Pay: $58.00 per hour
