Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Part time Server to join our Omakase Japanese restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and timely delivery
Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed,



adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while ensuring quality service
Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent guest services

Skills
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Basic math skills for accurate order entry and cash handling
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience
Familiarity with food industry standards and hospitality practices
Effective communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.25-$23.14 per hour
