We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
Take accurate orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
Sanitate tables, utensils, and work areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to assist customers effectively.





Skills
SMART serve is required before start date.
Minimum 2 years experience working in restaurant/hotel/hospitality is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
