Cunningham Transport is currently seeking a Journeyman/ 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Automotive Mechanic for our North Yard location (26024 Meadowview Drive) Heavy Duty or Light Duty would be be considered.

Summary:

We are looking for a Team Player, who is self motivated, organized and able to multi-task. Daily duties would include repairs and service on our school buses, ability to schedule the work orders and follow paperwork procedure, maintain service records, answer telephones and maintain inventory.

Primary Duties:
Routine vehicle maintenance and preventive care
Use diagnostic equipment to evaluate mechanical problems in vehicles
Complete, submit and file all relevant paperwork related to Work-orders, CVIP's, etc.
Discuss mechanical problems with other mechanics and help them solve repair problems
Keep shop, equipment, and tools in secure operating condition
Test drive before and upon completion of bus repairs for drivability issues.
Ensure cleanliness of shop is maintained
