Duties
Prepare a burfi, gulab jamun, begali sweets and rasgulla
Rabri and Jalebi
Ensure all food preparation adheres to food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dessert recipes and seasonal offerings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dessert station, including proper packaging for take-out orders
Assist in food presentation, garnishing, and plating to ensure visually appealing dishes
Support the overall food preparation process in the restaurant, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation
Skills
Proven experience in baking, cake decorating, and food preparation within a restaurant or food industry setting
Robust knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
Excellent skills in cooking techniques specific to desserts and confections
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Customer service orientation with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests and team members
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking and dessert presentation
Experience in packaging desserts for take-out or delivery is a plus
