Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Carpenter Helper to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled carpenters in various tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This role involves working with a variety of tools and materials, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently.

Duties
Assist in the fabrication and assembly of wooden structures and frameworks.
Help with masonry tasks, including mixing and applying mortar.
Support skilled carpenters in construction painting and finishing work.
Aid in the installation of siding and other exterior materials.
Collaborate with team members to read and interpret schematics for project specifications.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working workplace.

Skills
Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns.




Basic knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.
Ability to assemble various structures according to specifications.
Familiarity with construction painting techniques for finishing touches.
Experience in building frameworks for buildings or other structures.
Understanding of siding installation processes and materials.
Basic electrical knowledge is a plus but not required.
Competence in reading schematics to assist in project execution.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
