Role Overview

A+G Reforestation is currently recruiting experienced Type III Wildfire Firefighters who hold a current Wildfire Danger Tree Assessor (DTA) certification for the remainder of the 2026 fire season.

Responsibilities

As a Type III Firefighter and certified Danger Tree Assessor, you may be responsible for:
Performing wildfire suppression activities including fireline construction, mop-up, patrol, and related operations
Identifying and assessing dangerous trees and associated hazards in accordance with your DTA certification
Communicating danger tree hazards, assessments, and appropriate control measures
ely within the Incident Command System and under the direction of crew leadership
Maintaining a qualified, safety-focused attitude during extended deployments
Supporting the overall safety, productivity, and effectiveness of the crew

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $24.91-$33.44 per hour

Experience:
Wildfire Fighting: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
S100 - Basic Fire Suppression (required)
DTA - Wildfire Module (required)
