Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, preparing food, handling transactions, and ensuring sanitation standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces
Handle food safely following all health regulations and food safety protocols
Manage cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for change and totals
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




Assist with food presentation and ensure timely service during busy hours
Follow all sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment

Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant settings preferred
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is advantageous
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Upselling skills to promote menu items and enhance sales performance

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
