At The Muscle & Joint Clinic, we help people move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things they love.

Our clinic focuses on musculoskeletal health, helping patients with sports injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and preventative care. Our team cares deeply about our patients and our community.

We’re currently looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

The front desk is the heart of our clinic. You’ll often be the first and last person patients interact with, so creating a warm and welcoming experience is very important to us.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and make them feel welcome when they arrive
Schedule and manage appointments using Jane EMR
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Help patients with billing and insurance questions (EHB, MVA, WSIB)
Support patient referrals and retention programs
Assist with retail product sales
Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly

Qualifications
Friendly and professional attitude
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)




Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic environment
Comfortable using computers and clinic software
Experience with Jane EMR (required)
Experience with EHB, MVA, and WSIB billing is an asset
Previous reception or customer service experience preferred

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings positive energy and great customer service to the team.

Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Pay: $17.50 – $20.25 per hour

Schedule:
Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM – Close
Weekends: As needed

Location: Mississauga, ON
