Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaners to join our dynamic team! Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential construction sites after project completion, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Remove debris, leftover materials, and construction waste from the site to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Clean windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to meet high standards of cleanliness.
Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to prioritize cleaning tasks based on project timelines.




Inspect work areas to ensure all surfaces are cleaned to company standards and identify any additional cleaning needs.
Maintain cleaning equipment in valuable working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Skills
Proven custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in commercial or post construction environments.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness.
Valuable physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Reliable time management skills to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Familiarity with the proper handling and disposal of construction debris and hazardous materials is a plus.
