Agafar Korean Medi Lounge is a premium Korean dermatology franchise with 10 locations in Korean and over 70 locations globally. We have opened our first location in North America and want you to be part of our growing team. Agafar redefines skin health through advanced technology, evidence-based treatments, and authentic K-beauty philosophy.

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Esthetician / Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skin science, client education, and delivering results—not just treatments. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow professionally within a high-standard medical aesthetics environment and be part of Agafar’s founding team in Canada.

You will play a key role in providing advanced Korean facial treatments, supporting device-based services, and creating exceptional client experiences rooted in trust, education, and long-term skin improvement.

Responsibilities
Perform advanced Korean skin treatments following Agafar’s clinical protocols
Support and assist with medical aesthetic treatments (laser, RF, lifting, skin regeneration) as trained
Conduct thorough skin consultations and build personalized treatment plans
Educate clients on home care routines, cosmeceuticals, and post-treatment care




Confidently recommend and retail Agafar-exclusive Korean cosmeceutical products
Deliver a refined, skilled, and welcoming luxury client experience
Maintain strict sanitation, infection control, and treatment room standards
Accurately document client treatments and progress
Collaborate with the Agafar team to uphold brand standards and service excellence

Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Certified Medical Esthetician or Esthetician (or equivalent international certification)
Laser technician preferred
3+ years of experience in esthetics, medispa, or clinical skincare preferred
Genuine interest in Korean skincare, skin biology, and results-driven treatments
Strong communication skills with a client-education mindset
Qualified, calm, and detail-oriented approach to treatments
Comfortable in a high-standard, protocol-driven environment
Experience with medical devices, lasers, or advanced facials is an asset

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
