Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medication therapy management and dispense prescribed pharmaceuticals with accuracy.
- Offer compassionate patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
- Supervise and support a team of 1-2 pharmacy staff members.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
- Must hold current certification for drug administration by injection and a valid First Aid certificate.
- Has excellent oral communication skills in English; proficiency in Persian is a strong asset.
- Is accurate, organized, reliable, and has a strong focus on patient care.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
