To find out more visit our website at .MSS Security is seeking a Casual Control Room Operator to join our team at a corporate/data centre site located in Burwood East. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience working within a control room environment, including monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, managing access control, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting. A high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, security-focused setting are required.Duties include but are not limited to:Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to ensure site safety and securityCoordinate day-to-day security operations within the control room environmentManage access control, including staff, contractor, and visitor entryRespond to and document incidents accurately and in a timely mannerSupport emergency response procedures as required, including escalation and coordination

Requirements

- Full Australian working rights




- Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotational roster
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a control room operator role (preferred)
- Experience using Gallagher systems (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
