A busy full service engraving and awards business is looking for a customer service representative and production assembler.

The business is seeking an individual with robust customer service experience, computer knowledge, teamwork skills and creativity. This self-starter position involves serving customers as well as working with computers and light manufacturing assembly to complete daily production priorities.

Position includes:
Assembly of awards, medals and engraved signage and items to customer's specifications
Engraving work through computer design programs and specialized equipment
Maintain equipment (printers, lasers, heat press, etc)
Serving customers to assist with order selection and completing sales
Stocking and pulling associated hardware from inventory.





Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize work and ensure task completion
Customer service experience
Good computer skills
Creative design skills
Knowledge in CorelDRAW, Photoshop or other graphic design software (Desired but not required)

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
