We’re looking for someone to join our awesome team as a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express in Bowmanville.

When you’ll work here, you’ll feel right at home. It’s an setting where guests are your neighbours, co-workers are your friends and where easy acts make for lasting impressions.

Things you would be required to do:
Check- in guests in and out of hotel
Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required
Provide excellent customer service as per hotel and Brand standards
Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk
Schedule services, such as taxi pick-ups, when guests inquire
Refer guests to local amenities and venues
Communicate guests’ requests and complaints to the appropriate department

The Ideal candidate should have
Front Office experience
Must be quick on their feet
If you speak multiple languages,



it would definitely be an asset
You should be neat, professional and well groomed
You should possess robust organization time management skills, attentive to details
If you have previous experience with computers in a service related position, it would be awesome
You should be able to stand for extended periods of time
You should possess excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential

Please note you must be able to work Shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
