The Frilly Lilly experience provides an elevated, relaxed, and inclusive atmosphere for clientele. Our expertise has made us leaders in the industry and has provided us with a loyal customer following.

Our brand is whimsical with a love for vintage. Each Frilly Lilly boutique carries a full range of product lines, jewellery pieces, accessories, home goods, and lifestyle items. Duties

The role of a Team Lead is to provide amazing customer service, maximize sales, and provide support for the boutique and our team.
Manage the front desk including appointment scheduling and retail sales.
Help create a positive, friendly workplace for our team and all guests.
Assist with daily operations of the boutique.




Oversee inventory management and ordering.
Ensuring team and guests are educated on accurate product knowledge.
Ensure the boutique is clean, well-maintained, and meets all required health standard protocols.
Provide customer support to guests as needed.
Full Time and Part Time hours available

Must be a beauty care fanatic!
Previous experience within the industry (spa, beauty, cosmetics, fashion) is fantastic!
Ability to multitask is required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Enthusiastic and extremely personable.
Reliable, dependable and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
