Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their dining experience through upselling techniques.
Ensure that all dining areas are clean and sanitized, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any issues that may arise.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to maintain a secure dining environment.

Qualifications




Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures.
Experience with cashiering and handling cash transactions is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
