We are currently seeking motivated High-Rise Window Cleaners to join our team.

Responsibilities
Clean windows to a high standard using professional window cleaning tools and equipment
Perform high-rise window cleaning safely while following all company safety policies and procedures
Use hand tools and power equipment as required
Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any maintenance concerns
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Assist with general facility maintenance and related duties as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications
Valid Manitoba driver’s licence




Comfortable working at heights (typically 15–20 storeys)
Eligible to obtain a Federal Security Clearance (preference given to candidates who have lived in Canada for at least five years)
Previous commercial window cleaning or custodial experience is considered an asset
Experience using professional window cleaning tools and equipment is an asset
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting as required
