Duties
Assist classroom teachers in implementing educational activities tailored to young children’s developmental needs
Provide compassionate caregiving support to children with diverse abilities, ensuring their safety and comfort
Support daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices in accordance with best practices in early childhood education
Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning exercises, and social interactions to promote cognitive and emotional development
Collaborate with team members to adapt activities for children with disabilities or special needs
Maintain a clean,



organized classroom workplace that adheres to health and safety standards
Document observations of children’s progress and communicate effectively with educators and parents

Skills
Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs
Solid teaching abilities with a focus on nurturing developmentally appropriate practices
Compassionate caregiving skills combined with patience and active listening
Ability to adapt activities for diverse learning styles and abilities
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, children, and families
