Cat 797 trucks on exciting rotating shifts benefitting from excellent camp accommodations. We are looking for motivated Haul Truck Operators to join the Heartland Constructors team at Imperial Oil's Kearl site. Successful candidates will have a solid background in mining and haul truck operation, supporting maintenance tasks and equipment delivery.

Work in a challenging workplace while adhering strictly to safety protocols, including cold weather procedures. This role provides convenient charter flights from major cities. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure protected operation of haul trucks on-site
Report any machine malfunctions proactively




Assist in cold weather start-up and recovery
Navigate haul roads and maintain site cleanliness
Coordinate with technicians for equipment checks Requirements:
At least 2 years of haul truck experience
Standard First Aid Level A or C
Energy Safety Canada - Common Safety Orientation
Relevant equipment operation certifications
Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing Utilize your haul truck experience to ensure protected and efficient operations at the Imperial Oil Kearl project.
