FleetHunt is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts professional to manage Accounts Receivable and invoicing for our Canadian and U.S. customers. This role involves regular customer communication to explain billing, resolve invoice questions, and ensure timely payments. The candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting and using QuickBooks Online daily.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable for Canada and U.S. customers
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
Communicate with customers by phone and email to explain billing and resolve discrepancies
Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections professionally
Maintain accurate records and reconciliations in QuickBooks Online
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy

Requirements:
Experience with Accounts Receivable and invoicing
Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Excel
Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining billing details
Understanding of Canadian and U.S. billing processes is an asset
Ability to join ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
