Job Overview and Schedule

Join a supportive, experienced team of HCA's providing high-quality home support for an active gentlemen who uses a power wheelchair for mobility.

We are looking for daytime coverage Monday to Friday.

Mon/Wed/Fri require a firm 7:45 Start time, but we offer some flexibility with the rest of the weekly schedule and shift end times. Full-time hours are available, and paid training is provided.

A valuable sense of humour is valued.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility support
Perform range of motion exercises
Engage in recreation activities, outdoor walks
Companionship: engage in card games, board games, movies, and shared laughs




Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning of personal spaces and common areas to ensure a safe setting
Provide compassionate caregiving that promotes emotional well-being and social engagement
Document care activities meticulously and communicate effectively
Demonstrated experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilitiesFamiliarity with home care routines including meal preparation and light

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
