Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC/Plumber Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and hands-on experience in mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure productive operation.
Troubleshoot issues related to heating and cooling systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and schematics.
Perform plumbing tasks as needed for HVAC installations or repairs.
Collaborate with other trades such as electricians and construction teams to complete projects effectively.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.




Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all work performed.

Skills
Proficient in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair with a solid understanding of mechanical knowledge.
Experience with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with welding techniques for system repairs or modifications.
Knowledge of boiler systems and their operation is an asset.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair and general maintenance tasks.
