Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker/ Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our client in Aurora.

Shift: Monday to Friday
Shift: 7AM – 4PM

Pay: up to $22/hr

Responsibilities
Follow company Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring the safe and proper operation of all equipment.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Safely and efficiently complete scheduled loading and unloading of deliveries.
Conduct daily inspections of vehicles and equipment and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with team members to achieve daily and weekly operational goals.
Assist with basic metal shop duties, including handling, bending, and shaping metal materials as required.

Requirements
Strong commitment to workplace safety and protected work practices.
Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.




Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Basic math skills.
Positive attitude with a robust team-player mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding workplace.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required.
Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required.
Experience in the building supply industry is an asset.
Familiarity with metal shop work, including metal bending and shaping, is an asset but not required.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

· Safely lift up to 80 lbs
· Lifting, pushing, pulling and bending required

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
