Duties
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or assembling ingredients under supervision
Support the kitchen team in organizing supplies and ensuring all areas are tidy and hygienic
Help with basic food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with food safety regulations
Clear tables and assist with serving duties when needed to enhance guest satisfaction
Follow proper sanitation protocols during cleaning routines to uphold health standards




Support meal and food preparation processes as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices is advantageous
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Willingness to learn current skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Prior experience in food industry roles such as serving or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory
