Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a clean and protected setting. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Duties
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS systems, for order processing and cash handling
Manage customer orders efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service
Assist with food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety compliance
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts
Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving and other duties as needed




Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
