Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding young individuals, in particular At RiskYouth. CYW,SSW,DSW weekend availability, awake Night shifts.

Responsibilities
Provide direct support and mentorship to children and youth, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being.
Facilitate group activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and personal growth.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create individualized support plans for each child.
Monitor progress and provide feedback on the development of youth participants.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress reports, and any incidents that may occur during activities.
Educate youth on key life skills, including communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Requirements
Experience working with children in various settings is essential.
Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.




Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
