Duties
Prepare a variety of fresh ingredients with precision and care, ensuring each sandwich meets quality standards.
Greet customers warmly, listen to their preferences, and recommend menu options through effective upselling techniques.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash, credit card transactions, and food orders.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage time efficiently during busy hours to serve customers promptly without compromising quality.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness of all ingredients.




Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies to keep the service area organized and fully stocked.

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably within restaurants or quick-service settings.
Solid cashiering skills with familiarity using POS systems like Micros POS for smooth transactions.
Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in upselling menu items to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.
