Retail Sales Associate/Supervisor

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Associate/ Supervisor where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a quick-paced retail environment. Duties:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Upsell products to increase sales revenue
Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels

Requirements:
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Strong selling and communication skills
Ability to upsell products effectively
Excellent time management skills
Prior experience in customer service is preferred




Salary will be paid as per experience and Labour Standard
Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment
Technology Exprience are added advantage
