We are looking for a dedicated, experienced operator to take ownership of our current slurry processing plant.

This is not a position for someone who simply wants to show up and run a machine. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, keeps their work area and equipment organized, and has the patience to operate and maintain a processing system properly.

Takes pride in keeping equipment and the worksite clean and maintained
Mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting equipment
Able to work independently and take ownership of the plant
Comfortable monitoring pumps, tanks, hoses, valves and processing equipment
Willing to perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance
Safety-conscious and able to follow operating procedures

Major Asset

A Class 1 driver’s licence with air brake endorsement would be a significant advantage.

Someone with a Class 1 who can operate the plant, run an excavator and move trucks/equipment when required would be an ideal candidate.





The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our slurry processing facility, including:
Operating the slurry processing equipment
Operating an excavator for material handling and plant operations
Monitoring the processing system and making adjustments as required
Loading and handling processed material
Performing daily inspections
Cleaning and maintaining the plant
Identifying mechanical or operational issues early
Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Keeping the facility organized and operating efficiently
Testing inbound & outbound materials

We are looking for someone who will treat the plant like it’s their own and take satisfaction in keeping it running properly.

This is a long-term position for the right person, with an opportunity to become a key part of our operation.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
