Job Type: Part time (with potential for Full-Time)
Salary: $17.60/hour (base + performance bonus based on units made)
About the Role:
Canadian Tire Sheppard and Leslie (Store 192) is currently seeking motivated and reliable Tire/Lube Technicians to join our team. While this role starts as part-time, it has the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity through a 310S apprenticeship. If you're a team player with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.60/hour + individual performance bonus
(Top performers can earn up to $25.00/hour based on productivity bonuses)

Requirements:
Must have your own tools (impact gun,
socket set, etc.)
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving abstract
Completion of online training modules (TIA & Hoist Training required within a specific timeline)
Versatile availability — evenings, weekends, and extended hours during peak seasons (April–May & October–December)
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Automotive Service is a strong asset
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced automotive service setting
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
