Job description - Forklift Driver / Material Handler

Overview:

Goodfellow Inc is a growth oriented, Canadian-based company specializing in the wholesale distribution of wood products, and re-manufacturing / distribution of lumber. We are currently accepting applications for a forklift driver at our Campbellville ON facility, located at Guelph Line & HWY 401 - 15 minutes west of Milton ON.

Duties:

· Loading & unloading on flatbed trailers & rail cars using forklifts

· Order picking / preparation

· Repositioning product within yard

· Complete the necessary paperwork related to shipping & receiving

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

· Comply with all company policies and government safety procedures and regulations.

· Follow the preventative maintenance program for all equipment including completing all supporting documentation

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Valid 3rd party forklift certificate

· Comfortable working in an outdoor environment year round





· Experienced with RF scanners

· Must provide own green tag safety boots

· Be bondable

· Minimum 2 years forklift experience
