The Opportunity

RideWrap Whistler is on the hunt for an Installation Tech to join our team ahead of the busy Spring Season; if you are excited about the bike season, love getting hands-on with equipment, and have a excellent eye for detail, this is the role for you.

As an Installation Tech, you will be installing our RideWrap Tailored Protection Kits on to our customers bikes, saving them the hassle so they can Ride More, Worry Less! You will be a part of a local, rider owned company who are passionate about the sport, the community, and our team.

Responsibilities
Clean, detail, and prepare bikes for install.
Install bike protection kits ensuring the highest quality.
Rebuild protected bikes.
Perform quality checks on all bikes, and give back to the customer looking better than they came in.
Collaborate to check each other’s work and share/receive feedback to improve overall install quality.




Maintain a tidy workspace in both the install and production areas.
Support customer service.
Assist in warehouse organization.
Providing support to the production team when necessary (eg. preparing orders, assisting shipping and receiving, operating the printers etc.)
Other duties as assigned.

Experience / Qualifications
Positive attitude, and willing to learn
Attention to detail
Customer service experience - an asset.
Experience working with vinyl or PPF products - an asset.
Experience working with bikes - an asset.
