Duties
Assist residents or clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Support seniors and individuals with disabilities through compassionate caregiving tailored to their unique needs
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required, ensuring dietary restrictions are respected
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Monitor residents’ health status, report changes promptly, and document care activities thoroughly




Provide dementia care by engaging residents in meaningful activities and maintaining a calm, supportive atmosphere

Experience
Prior experience working in home care environments is an asset
Demonstrated experience in senior care or caregiving roles that involve assisting with daily routines and personal care tasks
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or those requiring specialized dementia care is preferred
Ability to handle cleaning, meal preparation, and basic household tasks efficiently and safely
Robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, and families
Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to providing high-quality care is a must
