Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in fabricating high-quality metal components using TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding techniques, supporting the assembly and production of custom metal structures. Duties
Assist senior welder and fabricators in preparing materials and setting up welding equipment for TIG welding processes
Perform basic TIG welding on various metals, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality specifications
Support the fabrication of metal components by cutting, grinding, and assembling parts as directed
Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts for accuracy, consistency, and quality compliance
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
Follow detailed instructions and technical drawings to support production workflows




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high safety standards

Skills
Basic understanding of TIG welding techniques and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality
Willingness to learn new skills and develop proficiency in welding processes
Valuable communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
Physical dexterity and stamina to stand, bend, and handle materials throughout shifts
Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
