Alliance Employment Group is looking for General Laborers to join our team!

Shift timings are 8am to 4.30pm , the project is starting 24th August 2026

Job responsibilities include:
Assembling work stations
Inform supervisor of any defects in equipment or individual parts
Unloading trailers
Operating pallet jacks
Taping
Installing signage and guardrails
Garbage removal
Using hand and power tools
Heavy lifting
General warehouse maintenance and cleaning

Required Skills and Attributes:
Punctual
Team Player
Capable of following exact directions and working with minimal supervision
Solid attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Must be able to commuicate in basic English to clearly understand and follow the instructions provided by Supervisors/Leads on site.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in heavy assembly considered an asset.




Must own pair of 6" steel toe safety boots
Experience in landscaping, carpentry, car mechanics, assembly lines and concrete work is an asset.
Physically able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
