Overview:

We are seeking a agile Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and a passion for finding top talent to drive organizational success.

Duties:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Onboarding current candidates
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

-Thrive in fast paced workplace

-Multi-tasker
Have a car
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role




Familiarity with Avionte an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Experience in employee relations is a plus
Proficiency in conducting research and sourcing techniques
Ability to negotiate job offers effectively
