Key Responsibilities
Assist with load-in and load-out
Help with event setup and teardown
Scan tickets and manage entry flow efficiently
Greet and seat guests while providing excellent customer service
Support and monitor crowd management and guest experience during seating and performances
Assist with merchandise and photo experiences

Requirements
Strong customer service and communication
Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, live workplace
Reliable and punctual with a solid sense of responsibility
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, etc.
Team Player with a positive and proactive attitude
Availability for evenings and weekends

Bonus: Experience in events and customer-facing roles or keen interest to learn.

Pay: $21.50 per hour
