Job Description

We are looking for a rare but extremely valuable sales skilled — a Market Opener (Hunter) / Distribution Builder.
This role is ideal for candidates who excel at cold market development, can quickly establish distribution networks, and drive rapid product penetration in new markets. The candidate must be highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to deliver top results in an autonomous, high-reward environment.

Typical Background:
Exterior renovation sales (fencing, decking, doors, windows, etc.)
Roofing, siding, or window sales
Equipment sales
Commercial construction material sales

Key Traits for Success:
Skilled in cold market development
Builds recent customer relationships efficiently
Converts trial orders into long-term, repeat clients
Thinks: “How many contractors can I open this month?”
Success is measured by: accounts opened, sales pipeline, and distribution coverage

Key Responsibilities
Market Development
Identify potential contractor customers
Visit job sites and material yards
Demonstrate products and explain their benefits
Drive trial orders and convert trial customers into repeat buyers
Distribution Network Development




Build and manage distribution channels and partners
Encourage stocking orders and inventory purchases
Expand product coverage in current regions
Client Relations & Sales Strategy
Develop long-term partnerships with contractors
Understand market needs and adjust sales strategies to maximize penetration
Maintain accurate client records, sales data, and market feedback to continuously optimize processes
Performance Metrics
Number of recent accounts opened per month
Sales pipeline development
