Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to UNA’s high standards, following recipes and guidelines.
Assist with food prep, including chopping, slicing, and ingredient preparation.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked throughout service.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain a high level of food safety and cleanliness at all times.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen atmosphere.

Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a rapid-paced, high-volume setting.




Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper food handling.
A passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work well under pressure and stay organized.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Must be available Thursday through Sunday.
