We are seeking a energetic and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team.P/T Associate required for Align Dental Care, a well-established non-corporate & digital practice with experienced & supportive staff. The ideal candidate must have excellent chairside manner, be confident with dental procedures & comprehensive treatment planning, . Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese speaking is an asset. Remuneration is 35%-40% of collections minus lab fees.
Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, root canal therapy with precision and care.
Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and radiographs, ensuring accurate treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and efficient practice operations.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using dental software , Cleardent for documentation and billing purposes.
Stay current with the latest dental techniques and technologies and systems for restorative procedures.
Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control standards, and legal regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Skills
Proven experience as a practicing dentist with solid clinical skills in general dentistry.
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry (Pediatrics) is a plus, enabling compassionate care for young patients. Is an asset
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental diagnoses and treatments for effective communication with healthcare providers.
Experience working in a busy dental office setting with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to utilize Digital technology
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to educate patients clearly and build trusting relationships.
