Overview
Shrinking Violet is hiring a part time server/bartender. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, reliable, experienced in classic cocktails, and available to work alone. Bartending experience is a must, as are Smart Serve and Food Handler’s certifications.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food and beverages.

Requirements
Previous experience in bartending.




Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
