Job Description
Permanent Full- time, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts.
Assist the Pharmacist with the preparation, packaging, and distribution of patient prescriptions
Evaluate legality, interpret and input all prescriptions, labels and consent forms to ensure patient information is up to date and in the pharmacy’s computer system
Complete documentations such as third party management and reconciliation, filling prescriptions, printing, invoices, etc.
Managing customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy requirements
Monitor inventory levels and identify approaching and critical expiry dates
Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required
Preparing blister packing medications as required

Job Requirements
Proficient in Kroll order entry and third party adjudication/billing (minimum 1 year of experience)




Canadian Retail or community pharmacy experience (minimum 1 year of experience)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Effective organizational skills and excellent time management skills with the proven ability to multi-task
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently in an effective and productive manner
Detail oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:
