Full-Time Year-Round Couple Position – Ski Hill Operations & Hospitality

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking couple to join our ski hill team in a full-time, year-round position. This is an excellent chance for a couple looking to enjoy mountain living while building a long-term role within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Position 1 – Operations & Machinery Operator

We are looking for an individual who is mechanically minded, hands-on, and experienced operating machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities include:
Operating snow grooming and heavy equipment machinery
Performing general mechanical maintenance and repairs
Assisting with lift and facility maintenance
Snow clearing, groundskeeping, and property upkeep
Supporting year-round mountain operations and projects

Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience operating machinery or heavy equipment preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Self-motivated and dependable
Valid driver’s license preferred

Position 2 – Hospitality & Resort Support





We are seeking a adaptable and adaptable individual who enjoys working in a variety of hospitality and guest service roles.

Responsibilities include:
Café and food service support
Office administration and guest reception
Housekeeping and accommodation cleaning
Assisting with guest services and resort operations
Supporting multiple departments as required throughout the year

Qualifications:
Friendly and customer-service oriented
Versatile and willing to work across different roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous hospitality or cleaning experience considered an asset
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
