Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and validate compensation data for market analysis
Provide knowledge leadership in Total Rewards




Offer consulting services to clients across Canada
Build HR programs and people solutions
Manage HR projects with high attention to detail

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of HR experience
Robust compensation and total rewards expertise
Post-secondary education in HR or related field
Excellent project management and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Utilize your HR expertise in data analysis, compensation strategies, and client management to support People First's mission across Canada.
